  7.  Limited License To Copy The Software
  8.  ------------------------------------
  9.  This information covers all programs currently published by Software
  10.  Excellence By Design Inc. and  new programs as they are released.
  11.  
  12.  You are granted a limited license to copy our programs ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
  13.  USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of the software license agreement
  14.  supplied with this program, and the conditions described below:

  16.  All programs MUST be copied in an unmodified form and shall contain ALL of
  17.  the files listed in the Packing.lst file that is included with each
  18.  program.

  20.  -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  21.     anyone without the express written permission in advance of Software 
  22.     Excellence By Design Inc.
  23.  
  24.  -> Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for any program
  25.     published by Software Excellence By Design Inc. However you may include 
  26.     our programs on a diskette or other media for which you charge a nominal 
  27.     distribution fee as long as the conditions below are met.

  32. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the 
  33.    fee paid to acquire the our programs does NOT relieve purchaser 
  34.    from their contractual obgliation to purchase our programs if  
  35.    purchaser uses any of them beyond the 14 day evaluation period.
  36.      
  37. 2. The vendor MUST include information printed on a label, or other
  38.    document, that is attached to, or included with, the media being 
  39.    distributed that CLEARLY STATES the buyers obligation as stated in #1 
  40.    above.  This Applies to ALL Public Domain and Shareware Disk Vendors 
  41.    without exception.

  43. 3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  44.    our programs for downloading by their users without written permission
  45.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  46.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  47.    DOWNLOADING our program files without first obtaining the express
  48.    written permission in advance from Software Excellence By Design Inc. 
  49.    to charge such a fee.
